Dear Distributor,

It is with a heavy heart that I inform you of the passing of our beloved Jim Rohn this morning at 2:30 A.M. in Los Angeles.

Jim occupies a unique and special place in Herbalife that is his and his alone. In Jim’s last hours he was blessed with the presence of family and friends. I know Jim’s impact on you and the spirit of our company will live forever.

The family plans to hold a small, private service, and we will hold a memorial for Jim in January. In lieu of flowers, the family has decided that Jim would be pleased to have donations made to the Herbalife Family Foundation in his name. We are opening a special tribute fund for that purpose at www.herbalifefamilyfoundation.org.

Our sincerest sympathy and love go out to Jim's daughters, Cyndy and Lynda, to his grandchildren and to Sara Alfaro, his loving companion. If you would like to send a note of condolence, please use the email address JimRohn@herbalife.com and we will get those to the family.

Take a moment to hug your loved ones — Jim would tell us to cherish the time we have together. As he taught us: “Each of us needs all of us and all of us need each of us.”
