- Hello, my name is Mike and I am a PROUD father and a guy that loves to laugh and make others smile. I try to stop and smell the flowers as much as life permits and I am always up for something new and exciting and helping others is my passion. I started my wieght loss journey in January of 2008 after having a near death experience because of complications with my wieght which was at 535 pnds. It is now Feb. "2010" and I am down 130 pnds. with no surgery,miracle pills and/or diets.I have lost the wieght with hard work and determination and I will reach my goal of losing another 100 pnds. by the end of the year!There has been set backs along the way and it hasn't been roses but I am going to lose this wieght the same way I gained it and that is naturally.I was blessed with the knowledge of a company called USANA Health Sciences and it is changing my life through supplements and nutrition on a cellular level.I have had such awesome results I have partnered with them and blessing others by educating them on our bodies nutritional needs.If you have any questions I would love to share my story with you on how the business I work from home helped me fire my boss and be a stay at home dad so or if your like me and absolutely love and believe in the company your with that is great to maybe I can bless your health so please contact me.I thank all the people that have been so supportive of me on this journey because it means the world to me.Thank you so much for stopping by and God bless :)

Fish oil's heart benefits overwhelming, say doctors
Fish oils are so effective at helping protect against heart attacks, they should be taken daily by everyone, say doctors in a new review of the effects of omega-3 fatty acids.
The doctors say their review found that there is now "compelling" evidence that the omega-3 fatty acids in certain fish and other sources not only prevent cardiovascular disease, but may even help treat it.
