- The Big Buzz In Network Marketing The TRUMP Network
If you don't know him from his famous television show The Apprentice (which airs on NBC) than you probably know him as a famous billionaire entrepreneur. You might even know him as the Trump Casino in Atlantic City. He's an American icon, especially in the trillion dollar real estate industry.
He's one of the richest men in the world, worth over $3 Billion dollars, due to his unique determination and genius insight. It was this insight that helped him avoid personal bankruptcy in the 90's, when times were tough. He's the author of 7+ best selling books and he's the founder of Trump University.
When Billionaires start making noise people listen.
Whether you love him or hate him you have to admit, when it comes to making effective business decisions the man knows his stuff. Savvy businessmen from all around the world keep a close eye on him. When he recommends something or moves in a particular direction, people follow. When successful people start making noise, it's usually worth listening to. There is a BIG BUZZ going on in the Network Marketing Business about his new Networking Business called "TRUMP NETWORK".
I know that the Trump Network is going to be the biggest company in this industry. I had the privilege of meeting Donald several times and I have been in Network Marketing sense 1964. I have studied many MLM companies and have been in several of them. I have made a lot of money with Network Marketing and when I came across The Trump Network I just new it was a good company to get into. I also checked out Ideal Health and have used the products and they are the best, especially being Diabetic, they help control my sugar levels.
He has partnered with a health and wellness company that sells its products via MLM. He will be re-branding the current product line, launching new products, and transforming it into a brand new network marketing company called The Trump Network. The company and products are solid.
The 13 year old company, Ideal Health, sells a few different products in the health and wellness industry. Their primary product is a custom vitamin, which is actually very interesting. They sell kits that test your blood, urine, and saliva. The product that The Trump Network seems to be focusing on is the "PrivaTest".
With the "PrivaTest" you submit a urine sample (yes you urinate in a cup) to a laboratory of "experts". They will analyze your urine and formulate the exact vitamins and minerals you are missing. I guess this is what they mean by "custom vitamins".
Once the urine test is complete you'll know exactly which vitamins and supplements you need to start taking. I suppose you will get some kind of report that details their findings. After the initial urine test I'm sure a good portion people will start buying their vitamins from a Trump distributor.
I think the product is genius. If you don't have faith in a product than its hard to sell. The product is awesome! This makes it very appealing. With a lot of MLM companies its hard to sell the product to your "warm market", because the product is usually irrelevant or uninteresting to most people. I'm not sure about you, but I have a good number of family members who take vitamins, minerals, and supplements on a regular basis.
The Baby Boomer Market
The baby boomers are a hot market right now (and they will be for the next decade or so). If you've read any of the trends reports on baby boomers you'll know that most of them are focused on health, fitness, and staying young. This is a perfect product to sell to them.
The baby boomer market is INSANELY hot right now, and I think Donald Trump sees this; he interviewed 26 companies and desided on Ideal Health, which is probably why he chose to purchase Ideal Health. There are probably other reasons, such as providing an income opportunity to people suffering from the economy, but I see this as his main reason.
The Brand Name Will Open Up Closed Minds
Okay, so the product is great. What about the income opportunity? Lets face it, network marketing has had a bad rap over the past few years. There have been some wishy washy companies out there, some of them were legitimate mlm companies while others were mlm scams.
It's sad, but a good portion of the population does not view multi-level marketing as a serious business (let alone opportunity). I think most people have an old perception of our industry. They probably picture themselves bugging their friends and family. With internet MLM training programs on the rise, I don't see this excuse as much of a factor anymore. It's an easy objection to overcome.
So here we have an industry that has a bad name (for the most part). When you throw in a brand like "The Trump Network" it seems to somehow legitimize it for some people. It reduces the likelihood of people viewing it as a Trump Network Scam. The name of the company alone, The Trump network, not ideal health, will take a lot of peoples guard down. Of course not everyone, but a good majority (in my opinion anyway). The name "Trump" is goes hand and hand with wealth and success. So two good things so far. We have a good product and a GREAT brand name.
He will Promote on National TV
The people that promote this also have something else to look forward to. Apparently, He will be doing a "media blitz" and promoting his new company. He will be talking about the company on National TV Shows.
When he does promote this on National TV, do you have any idea how huge this is? Millions of viewers, lots of exposure. I'd dare say that this will be the first MLM company to get massive worldwide exposure like this.
There is one thing we need to take into consideration. This so called "media blitz" won't last forever. It's not like he will be promoting this hardcore for the rest of his life. This is where momentum has to come in. When he can gain good momentum while promoting this, than the Trump Network will become the largest MLM company in history. WHEN IT GAINS MOMENTUM via Donald Trump's promotional tour. but I have good reasons to believe them, 1 Million People To Join.
Some sites/blogs are saying that Donald Trump is predicting over 1 million people to sign up within the first year. Then doing this by adding 1 million people to an MLM company within a year is INSANELY HUGE.
The benefit I see here is the companies ability to spread virally, like a wild fire. The mere fact that the company bears Trump's name will peak many people's curiosity, especially those with entrepreneurial tendencies, which is the kind of people you want to find.
I'm not sure about you, but as soon as I heard that Donald launched his "Trump University" I rushed to the website, with eager anticipation. Most of it dealt with real estate, which is something I wasn't interested in at the time. My point here is that the only reason I got excited was because of the name, and the quality I could expect. I suppose this is part of the reason I'm attracted to his new company. That, and I've been looking for a new company for months now. This opportunity came at the perfect time for me.
Of course it won't be for everyone. Just like with every company, the people who get in the earliest will reap the rewards the soonest. One of the most important aspects of our industry is branding yourself, both inside and outside of your company.

Overall I think the company has some very strong benefits. Like I mentioned earlier you have an awesome product and a famous name. Of course his name does not guarantee the success of the company, or your own personal success, but it does give it a HUGE advantage over a majority of the MLM companies already out there. This will be the company to join in 2010 and possibly well beyond.
