For me, the movie "The Secret" increased my sensivities and made me aware of new ways that "Attraction" works in our daily interactions.......

I have become aware of negative self-talk and always stop myself before I even finish the kind of sentence in my mind that berates myself. It usually starts with "why can't I ..." or "why do I always have to.."

I also always carry 'spare' money in my wallet, to spend if I want to (tho I don't)..just so I have the feeling of abundance..now I never feel as though I am short of money. The positive mindset works wonders.
